Responsibilities:

• Packing and Unpacking: Safely and efficiently pack and unpack customers’ belongings, ensuring all items are handled with care.
• Loading and Unloading: Load and unload trucks with customer belongings, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
• Transportation: Drive moving trucks to and from locations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of items.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have during the moving process.
• Inventory Management: Keep an accurate inventory of items being moved, ensuring all items are accounted for at both pickup and delivery locations.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in the moving industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidates.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry heavy items, sometimes up and down stairs, for extended periods.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for those who will be driving moving trucks.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers.
• Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong commitment to completing jobs efficiently and effectively.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and assist colleagues as needed.
